Weight Loss

Struggling? Lose weight and keep it off with Hypnosis. It will put you back in charge of your eating. We will work on 5 main areas:
1. Inspiration - what excites you about losing weight.
2. Remove or lessen desires to overeat and eat junk.
3. Change attitude about eating: from 'I am eating because I am stressed, anxious, tired, lonely, whatever' to 'The purpose of eating is to nourish my body'.
4. Develop good eating habits.
5. Have a plan, workbook and a free CD.
Instead of trying diet after diet come in for some Hypnosis and take care of the root causes of your eating.

Private Session $110. Two or more are recommended.
Saturday Class 11:15am to 1:30pm $60. usually last Saturday of month
Booster 10 to 11am $30. usually second Saturday of month. First one free.
