The Hypnotist

Garry Waligore was born and raised in the Detroit area. He graduated with a BS in Math from the University of Michigan in 1968. He became a certified Hypnotherapist in 1983. I refer to myself as a Hypnotist. He studied at Hypnosis Clearing House in Berkeley. Ormond McGill was the strongest influence by far on his ideas. He is certified by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners.

The first thing I realized about hypnosis was that you couldn't just hypnotize someone and tell them to quit smoking, lose weight, study more or whatever. Hypnosis was just an opening to the Inner Mind. The next step then was to figure out how the Inner Mind worked and how to change and use it. I have spent the last 25 years developing my ideas on how to use the Inner Mind.
