This is not a stage show. Everyone will go into hypnosis together while sitting quietly with their eyes closed. While in hypnosis I will
a. Put in positive suggestions. You can lose weight.
b. Teach self hypnosis while in hypnosis.
c. Remove negatives like cravings to smoke, doubts, bad memories.
d. Ask questions to gain answers and insight.
e. Let go of bad habits and add good habits.

This class is called a Booster because it gives you a boost by working on these areas in a short condensed 25 minutes. You walk in at 10am and walk out at 11 with a boost and feeling on top of the world. The Saturday Classes and Private Sessions teach more and have more hypnosis time. Everyone is welcome. You can start by coming to a private session, a class or a booster. It's your choice.
